Blackened Salmon
Blackened Salmon is also a favorite to serve with a salad.
Ingredients
Salmon
Blackened Redfish Seasoning
Black Peppercorn
Garlic Powder
Butter
Place a cast iron skillet in the preheated outdoor grill. Skillet needs to be hot enough to melt the butter quickly.
Immediately place the seasoned fillet of salmon in the skillet. Close the grill lid for approximately 2-3 minutes…flip over the fish and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Here we have the salmon served with some Orzo pasta and fresh vegtables.
